Good hotel. Nice and clean. Very convenient for us since just a walking distance hotel for the feast day (St. Pedro). This is not our first timer. Been regular to this hotel without miss for a yearly event.

入住體驗極差，避雷預警！家人們，我經歷了噩夢般的幾天，其中最煎熬的，莫過於全程被“斷網”支配的痛苦！這家酒店的網絡問題直接把住宿體驗拖入谷底，再加上一堆硬件漏洞、便利缺失和冷漠服務，簡直讓人崩潰到想連夜退房。房間被安排在整棟樓的“信號死角”，入住後直接陷入“半失聯”地獄——剛住兩小時，WiFi就徹底“擺爛”，部分網頁加載半天打不開，部分直接顯示連接失敗，明眼人都能看出是IP地址沖突，可見酒店網絡運營商技術有多差！反饋後沒人檢修，更沒人解決，本以為手機流量能救急，結果到了晚上，手機信號也徹底消失，整整兩天，房間裡連消息都發不出去，想聯繫家人報平安、處理點簡單工作，甚至查個路線都做不到，這種與世隔絕的焦慮感，真的讓人坐立難安。多次找酒店要説法，想換個有信號的房間，對方卻一直以“沒空房”搪塞，完全不管客人的基本需求。除了致命的網絡問題，房間裡的糟心事更是接連不斷。空調遙控器是壞的，溫度全靠盲猜；衞生間水龍頭衹滴水，刷個牙要耗半小時；床頭沒有插座，充電衹能把線拉到床尾對面的牆邊，睡前想刷個手機都成奢望；廁所設計更是反人類，不僅沒有任何放衣服的地方，洗澡時衣服衹能隨手扔在地上或勉強搭在門框上，又臟又不方便，而且房間到廁所的地面有巨大高低差，還沒任何警示，剛入住時差點直接摔一跤。唯一的“慰藉”大概是酒店外的公共凈水機，省了買水錢，但這點便利，根本抵不住斷網的煎熬和各種糟心問題。更氣人的是前台大媽的態度，反饋網絡、硬件故障時，全程冷漠敷衍，要麼愛答不理，要麼甩一句“沒辦法”，連基本的服務意識都沒有。總之，別來！光是“斷網+失聯”這一點，就足以毀掉所有行程，再加上沒地方放衣服的廁所、難用的硬件和糟糕服務，完全是花錢買罪受，強烈避雷！

The hotel was nice design but poor management. Unfriendly front desk, smelly room, used soap and half bottle shampoo. No room cleaning as we book for two day. Stain on towel, mattress cover and blanket. Smoke smell along the corridor, no hair dryer inside the room and sticky floor.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.. The room u received was extremely dirty and clearly poorly maintained. The floor was dusty. Towel also dirty. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone . The management need to take serious steps to improve the hotel.

Quite disappointed as 3 star hotel mentioned . As the room is close to each other so it’s hard to be soundproof . WiFi can’t be used. Children pool still ok. Tv is not that clear for cable channels. And the parking lot is big but unorganised. But it’s near to Portuguese village so it’s okay if wanna spend Christmas vibe here.

The price for hotel is very affordable. We booked 3 rooms. When we enter the room, the toilet was not clean. We informed it, after that they came and clean. Location was very strategic. Nearby hotel, got selat melaka n Portuguese settlement.
